Americhem’s Cerberon™ thermoplastic compounds were designed as an excellent replacement for injectable molded TPV. These alloyed elastomers combine the characteristics of cross-linked vulcanized rubber with the processing ease of thermoplastics. As part of our family of performance compounds, Cerberon™ TPV provides injection molders with the ability to produce products with rubber-like characteristics that may be tough to manufacture with traditional rubber materials. Expanded temperature use, as well as good heat aging and flex fatigue can also be expected from Cerberon™ compounds. Manufactured using an environmentally friendly production process, Cerberon™ TPV is fully recyclable in-process or at the end of part life.
